Printables: My Weekly Planner+Meal Planning

Dear readers,

How are you doing today? It’s with a good mood that I’m going to introduce you to my first printable. Not the first one I made (I have one for children that’s coming), but the first one that I show you. I’m nervous, please be gentle with me, but don’t hesitate to tell me if I did something wrong. So here’s my Weekly Planner for you.

Because of that I have a hard time planning my days, weeks, months. I searched and tested different planners free & not free, but it was always the same scenario with no change. So I just gave up.

That was before I’ve been diagnosed with my neurodevelopmental trouble, since then I have been reading articles about planning with ADHD. With my new knowledges and skills I created my own weekly planner, with pages to planning my meals too and a indispensable grocery list.

Another planner, seriously?

I’m not going to sit there and pretend that my planner is the best, that it will change your life or it’s the one you need. I made it, me, a woman with ADHD who struggles to plan, so if it works for me, if can work for everyone. Me, a busy woman and mother who’s always doing one million things every week, and needs to focus on the most important. It had been designed to help us prioritize what needs to be.

Ok, so what’s in there?

One page with the days of the week from Monday to Friday, with enough space to write the most important tasks of the day.

On this page I made a place for your 3 goals for the week. What do you want to achieve the most this week? Think about it, write it and get it done. It’s easier to work on a tiny list, so that you can really concentrate on it and give your best. Quality over quantity,baby!

And the space that I’m really proud of : “What made me happy this week?” I’m working very hard on being more positive, complaining less. I think that because of our busy days, running here, there and the exhaustion we feel at the end. We tend to not count our blessings. So now you can take time for yourself, because self care with not just only pampering our bodies, remember every little joy you lived this past week and write them down. A good way to start the new week grateful, and finish the other with a happy, organized mind.

A page to meal plan all week from breakfast to dinner. Bon appetit ! Meal planning helps a lot, since I started it I don’t have to wonder what I’m going to do? And less food is wasted, I know exactly what I need and how much.

A grocery list to help you in this overwhelming task. The therapist advised me to shop once a week, for it to be easier and that way I would be less tempted to give up in the middle of my errands.
