Health : Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits

3 weeks ago I’ve decided to start consumming apple cider vinegar everyday, with one tablespoon diluated in a glass of water. I already used ACV on my hair as my rinse water. So apple cider vinegar has been in my life for quite some time. I had to talk about it over here and share my opinion after 3 weeks drinking it.

What’s apple vinegar cider?

Apple cider vinegar is a vinegar made from fermented apple juice. It is characterized by its strong smell and unique taste that comes from malic acid (naturally present in apples).

The benefits of apple cider vinegar :

-For hair :

Apple cider vinegar helps regulate the scalp pH by lowering it. A lot of products are alkalines and have negative effects on our scalp acidity.

Why it is important you might say? It’s very important to keep the acidity of our scalp, because this is what will allow the hair to be shiny, soft, smooth and less frizzy. It will also prevent breakage, dry and tangled hair.

This is when the apple cider vinegar enters and helps us to have easy to detangle hair, less breakage and dryness.

Apple cider vinegar will also keep our hair and scalp in good health. Thanks to its anti-inflammatory action it fights against hair loss and protects from bacteria.

It clarifies and exfoliates every dirt that accumulates on our scalp, getting rid of dead skins and product build-up.

Apple cider vingar stimulates hair growth too, by incrasing the blood circulation in hair follicles.

How to use it?

As your last rinse water : Diluate 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in 1L water. Use it after your after shampoo and let it dry.

Don’t worry once the hair dry, the smell will disappear.

-For the skin :

Perfect for senstitive, acne and oily skin.

Careful since apple cider vinegar can irritates and dry the skin or cause chemical burns, never use it pure but always diluate in water!!

With its anti-inflammatory properties and its acetic acid + alpha hydroxy acid content apple cider vinegar can exfoliate the skin, absorbs oils excess and liberate the pores.

Like for the hair, it will restaure the level of our skin pH for a nice, healthy skin.

Apple cider vinegar will also brightens (not in the bad way) hyper pigmented zones and fight the bacteria causing acne.

How to use it?

As a toner by adding in a flacon 1 part apple cider vnegar for 4 parts water.

-For the body :

Apple cider vinegar is known to control the sugar in our blood by blocking the enzymes that help us digest starch.

It might also be useful in weight less and digestive problems.

After 3 weeks, I feel like I have less bloating than 3 weeks ago. Let see on the long term.
